How to order printing with the All-Pod assistant
Order printing and branded merchandise with the All-Pod website assistant when you want help choosing the product or understanding its options. Describe the finished result you need, answer the specification questions and upload your production file when ready. All-Pod calculates the quote using its current product and pricing configuration. You review the artwork and final total before paying.
You can open the assistant directly or choose Order with assistant on a product page. The product button prepares a message naming that catalogue item. You can edit the message and add your quantity before sending it. No external AI account, connector installation or API key is required for the website conversation.
Start with the job, not the printing terminology
Tell the assistant what you are making, how it will be used and how many complete pieces or copies you need. A deadline and delivery town help you identify what needs confirming, although the delivery charge is calculated at checkout.
Useful starting messages include:
- “I need business cards for two staff members. Help me compare paper and printed sides, with the quantity for each person kept separate.”
- “I have a PDF report. Help me choose one-sided or two-sided printing, a cover and binding for the complete copies I need.”
- “I need branded caps for a team. Explain the available printing and embroidery options before I choose.”
The assistant should ask for missing choices. A sample or starting price describes a stated specification; it is not your final artwork-specific quote.
A worked example: an A3 poster order
- Open A3 posters and choose Order with assistant.
- Add a brief such as: “I need 20 indoor event posters. Help me choose paper. I have a finished PDF and need delivery to Kisumu.”
- Confirm the paper, quantity and printed sides after the assistant explains the available choices. Ask the team to confirm any fixed event deadline before paying.
- Use the conversation's upload control to attach your actual production PDF. Choose Printing for the upload type.
- Ask the assistant to prepare the quote using the uploaded file and the specification you confirmed.
- Open the quote's review card. Check the original production document, measured size, page count and chosen options. Resolve any artwork warning before continuing.
- Enter your delivery details at checkout and review the complete total before paying through Paystack.
That example illustrates the steps. It does not promise a material, turnaround or price. For current examples, compare the specification and prices on the product page.
Upload the right file
The website conversation accepts PDF, PNG and JPG files up to 3 MB each. Multi-page printing usually starts with a complete print-ready PDF in reading order. Supply clean logo artwork for merchandise. See preparing a print-ready PDF before uploading.
For larger files, use the normal product configurator or ask the team for help. The assistant receives measured file information and warnings; it does not inspect the original artwork visually or create a design file for you. Keep the original production document available for your own review.
Review printing and merchandise differently
For paper printing, check the original document and the full specification. For branded merchandise, open the proof and check the product, logo size and placement. Where offered, Adjust artwork size and position lets you move or resize the artwork and calculate a revised quote and proof.
A revision creates a separate quote. The old quote remains frozen. Compare the correct version before approving. An estimate without an uploaded file is useful for planning, but a saved artwork-specific quote is the next step toward checkout.
Know when the production team needs to help
Ask for human help with unusual finishing, a fixed deadline, installation, uncertain stock, an LPO or a mixed procurement order. The assistant cannot approve artwork, pay, promise stock availability or confirm a production exception. Use the product's WhatsApp link or request a reviewed quote with the relevant specifications.
Before a new conversation, read and accept the DeepSeek notice. Messages and selected product and file metadata are processed by DeepSeek; original artwork stays with All-Pod. Do not enter passwords, payment card details or M-Pesa PINs. See privacy.
FAQ
Do I need ChatGPT or another AI subscription?
No. The website assistant works on All-Pod after you accept its processing notice. Connecting your own AI is a separate optional route.
Does starting a conversation place or pay for an order?
No. A conversation or estimate is not an order. Review the saved quote and artwork, then complete checkout yourself.
Can the assistant design my logo or correct my PDF?
It can explain preparation requirements and use file measurements. It does not generate or edit artwork. Ask the team about design help when needed.
Is delivery included in the first estimate?
Delivery is resolved at checkout for your chosen destination. Review the complete total before payment.
