Questions

How do I add the names?
Type them into the table, paste a list from Excel, Google Sheets or WhatsApp (one name per line), or upload a CSV or Excel file and match its columns. You can mix all three.
How many different names can one order have?
Up to 2,000 different pieces in one order line, each with as many copies as you need. For a longer list, add a second line to the same cart.
What if a name is very long?
Long names shrink to fit their space, and the proof marks any that print noticeably smaller. A name that cannot fit at all is flagged before you can order.
Can I check everything before paying?
Yes. The live proof shows every piece as you type, and you can download the proof as a PDF to share with a colleague. Pieces print exactly as entered, so check the spelling first.
Can I add photos to ID cards?
Yes. Add a photo to each row, or select many photos at once and they fill the rows in order. Photos are cropped to fill the frame.
Do you print my own design?
Yes. If you already have a design, upload it on the product page, or send it to us and we will set it up as a layout for your organisation.
