TERMS OF SERVICE

Who you’re dealing with

All-Pod is the self-service ordering site for Johnesco Investments Co Ltd, a printing and branding business based in Nairobi, Kenya. Placing an order through this site is a contract between you and Johnesco Investments Co Ltd, on the terms below.

Quotes and pricing

Every price shown is computed from Johnesco’s current, admin-configured production rates at the moment you request it — never a flat catalog figure. A quote is frozen for 24 hours from the moment it’s generated: the price you see is the price you pay if you check out within that window, even if rates change in the meantime. A quote that expires before checkout is not honoured after the fact — you’ll need to configure the job again at current rates.

Prices are calculated and finalized on our servers, never edited or overridden by anything submitted from your browser. Once an order is paid for, its price is locked to what was quoted and is not recalculated.

Payment

Orders are paid in full at checkout by M-Pesa or card, processed through Paystack. We never see or store your card number or M-Pesa PIN. Purchase-order and invoice billing is available only to organizations Johnesco has prequalified, or against a deposit on large orders — see LPO and invoice terms.

Your artwork

You’re responsible for the content of anything you upload, and you warrant that you own it or have the right to have it printed — including any trademarks, logos, photos, or text it contains. We print what you supply. If your file’s detected dimensions don’t match the product you’ve chosen, we flag that before you pay so you can correct it or proceed anyway; once you’ve accepted a quote and checked out, the file goes to production as supplied.

We won’t knowingly print content that’s unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights, and reserve the right to decline or hold an order for review on that basis.

Production, cancellation, and reprints

Once your order enters production, materials and labour are already committed and the order generally cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately — if production hasn’t started, we’ll cancel and refund; if it has, we’ll tell you what’s already committed. Delivery

Delivery fees and estimated weight are calculated from your order’s zone and paper specification at checkout, not asked of you directly. Estimated turnaround and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — see delivery and turnaround.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. a missed event because of a delivery delay), except where Kenyan law doesn’t allow that limitation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is whatever’s published here at the time you place an order. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
