Company profile and booklet printing in Kenya

14 October 2026 · Saydo WejuliUpdated 16 October 2026

Company profile and booklet printing in Kenya needs one complete specification: finished format, total pages, printed sides, body paper, cover and binding. The most useful quotation describes a finished publication, so the buyer can compare the same job across suppliers.

All-Pod offers A4 company profiles, A5 company profiles, booklets and training manuals. The available paper and finishing options come from the current product configuration. A perfect-bound book needs a reviewed production quote.

Plan the publication before choosing paper

A company profile should help a prospective client understand what you do, who you serve and how to contact you. Include accurate services, relevant project evidence and current contact details. A training manual needs readable instructions, diagrams and room for notes. A programme needs a clear running order, dates and participant information.

Choose A4 or A5 around the reading experience. Reducing an A4 design to A5 reduces text and images too, so check a sample at the intended size. Keep the document's page numbering consistent and review any contents page against the final PDF.

Count pages and covers correctly

Supply normal reading order, with one document page per PDF page. Include blank pages intentionally and avoid assembling printer spreads yourself unless the team asks for them. Check the PDF page count after exporting, rather than relying on the editing document.

If you select a separate cover, confirm which pages represent the cover and how the total page count is entered. All-Pod's booklet pricing handles the body and cover according to the configured product rules. A cover does not mean the body paper, cover stock and cover finishing are interchangeable.

Choose binding for the actual document

Decision What to confirm
Short booklet Available saddle stitching and suitable page count
Manual or workbook How readers will open it, write in it and carry it
Longer book Reviewed binding, final thickness and cover requirements
Separate cover Stock, printed sides and any available lamination

Binding suitability depends on the paper, page count and construction. For perfect binding, ask the team to confirm the spine width before finalising the cover artwork. For any fixed deadline, review production and delivery together before paying.

Prepare a proof that can be checked

Check image quality, spelling, page order and text near the trim or binding edge. Embed fonts and follow the PDF preparation guide. Use the paper weight guide to compare available stocks.

For a revised edition, identify the new version clearly and archive the previous approved PDF. A small change can affect pagination and the contents page, so review the complete file again. Send a final file rather than asking production to choose between several similar drafts.

A complete booklet quotation example

Describe a booklet with its finished size, total document pages, number of complete copies, body stock, printed sides, any separate cover and the chosen binding. Include the cover pages in the supplied document's total page count, and state whether the cover should use different stock. The quoting service accounts for the separate cover when that option is supported.

For example, a request for 30 company profiles should say how many pages are in each complete profile and whether it needs a separate cover. “30 pages” could otherwise describe the artwork length or the number of copies. Use normal reading order in the PDF; do not impose printer spreads yourself unless the team has requested that production arrangement.

The saddle-stitched booklet product and the company-profile products have their own allowed stocks, cover options and binding. Check those options against the intended page count. Request a reviewed quote for binding or construction the online specification does not confirm.

Before approving, check the first and last pages, contents page, page numbering, photographs, captions and contact details. A page added late can change the sheet count and require another quote. A bound sample is useful when paper feel, opening behaviour or the cover finish is important.

Plan the booklet with the assistant, confirm the complete specification and upload your final PDF. The saved quote preserves that version of the job; review it before checkout.

FAQ

How much does a company profile cost to print?

The price depends on format, pages, quantity, paper, cover and binding. Configure the relevant product for a current quotation, or request a reviewed quote when the finishing requires confirmation.

Should I upload spreads or individual pages?

Supply one document page per PDF page in normal reading order unless the production team asks for a different layout. This lets the printer arrange the pages for the selected construction.

Can the cover use different paper from the body?

Where the product supports a separate cover, choose its available stock and finishing in the quote. Confirm which pages belong to the cover before approving the complete specification.
