Branded T-shirt printing costs in Kenya
The price of a branded T-shirt in Kenya combines the garment, decoration, selected placements and any setup charge. Compare a finished branded T-shirt with another finished branded T-shirt, using the same garment weight, colour, artwork size and quantity.
Current T-shirt price examples
The table below uses All-Pod's cotton round-neck 180 gsm T-shirt, the lowest-cost active size and colour, and the standard chest placement. Each figure is a price per finished piece at the stated order quantity, including setup allocated over that quantity. It is before applicable VAT and delivery.

| Method | 24 pcs | 50 pcs | 100 pcs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Screen printing | KSh 412.67 | KSh 396.00 | KSh 396.00 |
| DTF / DTG | KSh 440.00 | KSh 440.00 | KSh 440.00 |
These are baseline artwork estimates. The quote settings determine estimated coverage; uploading your actual logo resolves its dimensions, colours and coverage. Larger front or back artwork, several placements and a different colourway can change the price.
What affects the garment price?
Cotton composition, fabric weight, cut, colour and size affect the blank garment. Confirm the product specification and size chart before building a staff or event order. A low blank cost alone does not show the price of the finished branded product.
Enter the number required for every size and colour. If you need 50 shirts across several sizes, the total is 50 shirts, with the selected variants priced individually. Dark and light colourways can require different decoration treatments. Check the finished quote rather than applying a white-shirt example to every colour.
Choosing screen printing or DTF
Screen printing is worth comparing for a repeat logo in a small number of colours across a larger run. Each colour can require setup, and the configured quantity waiver can remove setup at qualifying quantities. DTF suits detailed or multicolour artwork, subject to the placement and material requirements.
Compare both using the same artwork and order quantity. A large decorative graphic and a small chest logo are different jobs. See screen printing, DTF and embroidery for a practical decision guide.
A complete order specification
Start with the cotton T-shirt product. Choose sizes and colours, select the decoration method, then place the logo at its intended size. Check both front and back if ordering several placements.
Use a clean logo with a transparent background when appropriate. Keep fine details legible at the final printed size. A screenshot taken from social media can look acceptable on a phone while being unsuitable for a larger print. Follow the selected method's artwork requirements.
Production, approval and delivery
The product page publishes its configured production lead time. Artwork approval, payment and stock confirmation come before production. Courier transit follows production and depends on the destination. Confirm a fixed event date before paying.
Review the merchandise proof when required, including logo size, position, colourway and spelling. For uniforms, include the full size breakdown and any names or numbers. Use bulk orders for mixed apparel, recurring supply or procurement paperwork.
Are the displayed prices final?
They are real baseline examples for the stated specification. Your uploaded artwork and chosen variants determine the exact quote. Applicable VAT and delivery are confirmed separately; changing the specification produces a new quote.
