- How do I get the final price?
- Choose the paper, quantity, printed sides and available finishing. Upload your production file so its dimensions and page count can be checked. The quote includes your selected specification; delivery is confirmed at checkout.
- Which artwork should I supply?
- A print-ready PDF is the best starting point for documents and multi-page work. Keep fonts embedded, images sharp at the final print size and text clear of the trim. PNG and JPG suit suitable single-image jobs. Follow the file preparation guide before uploading.
- When will my order be ready?
- Turnaround depends on quantity, artwork readiness, stock and finishing. Ask us to confirm a fixed deadline before paying. Offset jobs require additional time for plates, press preparation and drying; production and courier transit are separate.
- What is the price of A4 notepads with delivery to my area?
- Production prices follow your chosen specification, quantity and artwork. We produce in Nairobi and deliver across Kenya; you do not need to visit the production office. Choose your delivery town at checkout for the current fee based on the configured zone and estimated shipment weight. Review the complete total before payment.
- Can you handle a corporate order?
- For mixed product orders, procurement documents, repeat jobs or an LPO, send a bulk enquiry with quantities, artwork, delivery town and your required date.
- How long is my quote valid?
- A quote is frozen when it is created and is valid for 24 hours. Changing the specification creates a new quote. Check the original production artwork for paper printing, or approve the merchandise proof when required, before the order moves into production.
