Welcome to the Guides

Your Vision. Our Expertise.

Ask a printer in Nairobi what something costs and you'll usually get the same answer:

Send us your artwork and we'll get back to you.

We understand why. Print pricing genuinely does depend on things — the paper, the quantity, the finishing, whether your file cuts efficiently out of an A3 sheet. But "it depends" has become a hiding place. It keeps you guessing, it makes budgeting impossible, and it means you only find out what you're paying after you've already committed.

We built All-Pod to do the opposite. Every price on this site comes from the same engine, whether you're a designer ordering fifty stickers or an organisation kitting out a conference. No special rates for whoever negotiates hardest. No number invented on the spot.

This page is where we explain the reasoning behind those numbers.

What you'll find here

Cost guides. Straight answers to the questions people actually ask us. What business cards cost. What it takes to brand a team of twenty. What you should budget for an event.

Comparisons. Screen printing against DTF. Offset against digital. Saddle stitch against tape binding. We run all of these in-house, which means we have no reason to talk you out of the one we don't own.

Production notes. Paper weights, bleed, resolution, colour. The small technical things that decide whether your job comes out the way you pictured it.

The prices in these posts are live

This is the part worth knowing. When a guide shows you a price, it isn't a screenshot someone updated last quarter. It's pulled from our pricing engine the moment the page loads.

KSh 118.50 for 500 Business cards

So a guide can never quietly go out of date on you. If our costs move, every number on this page moves with them — and you'll see it before you ever start an order.

What's coming

We're starting with the questions we get asked most on WhatsApp, because those are clearly the ones people aren't finding answered anywhere else.

  1. The four decoration methods — screen, DTF, embroidery and sublimation, and where each one stops making financial sense
  2. What business cards really cost in Nairobi — including the finishing options nobody quotes upfront
  3. Paper weights explained — 80gsm to 350gsm, and what each is actually for

If there's something you've always wanted a printer to just tell you plainly, say so. We'll write it.
