- How do I get the final price?
- Choose a colour and size, enter the quantity for each variant, then choose a decoration method and placement. Upload your logo or design. Artwork size, colours and coverage affect the price, so a finished product example is a starting specification.
- Which artwork should I supply?
- Supply a clean logo or design at its intended print size. A transparent PNG can suit DTF artwork; vector artwork is useful for simple logos and screen-print separations. Embroidery needs a stitch-ready interpretation of the design. Check the selected method's requirements before ordering.
- When will my order be ready?
- The configured production lead time for this product is 3 working days. Allow for artwork approval, payment and stock confirmation before production, then add delivery time for your destination. Contact us before paying if you have a fixed event date.
- What is the price of Lunch Bag with delivery to my area?
- Production prices follow your chosen specification, quantity and artwork. We produce in Nairobi and deliver across Kenya; you do not need to visit the production office. Choose your delivery town at checkout for the current fee based on the configured zone and estimated shipment weight. Review the complete total before payment.
- Can you handle a corporate order?
- For mixed product orders, procurement documents, repeat jobs or an LPO, send a bulk enquiry with quantities, artwork, delivery town and your required date.
- How long is my quote valid?
- A quote is frozen when it is created and is valid for 24 hours. Changing the specification creates a new quote. Check the original production artwork for paper printing, or approve the merchandise proof when required, before the order moves into production.
